Please read these Terms and Conditions (Terms) carefully before using the website (Service) operated by VOXCOACH.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users, visitors and others who access or use this Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms then you may not access the website. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and still continue to use the Service you are solely responsible for your actions.

Training Terms:

  1. Our Vox Coaches come with expertise in vocal techniques, and any health problems of the users or visitors will not be the responsibility of the Service provider.

  2. In the event of prior health issues, communication of the same must be done to the Service provider, during the time of enrolment.

  3. The amount for a given course once paid shall not be refunded.

  4. The amount paid for a given course format will be valid for a period of 6 months in the event that the student is unable to continue as per the prescribed, initial schedule.


  1. In order to access materials (Content) provided by the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the enrollment process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Service. You agree that any registration information you give to Vox Coach will always be accurate, correct and up to date.

  2. Content on the blog page and/or opinions expressed on discussion forums on the website by users and in any corresponding comments are the personal opinions of the original authors and/or users, and not of Vox Coach.

  3. You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may have access to as a student or user, or through your use of the Service, are the property of Vox Coach. You may not modify, copy, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Content of Vox Coach.

  4. You understand that all information (such as data files, written text, computer software, music, audio files or other sounds, photographs, videos or other images) which you may have access to as part of, or through your use of the Service, that are shared on the platform by users and/or blog authors, are solely their property and responsibility.

  5. Vox Coach reserves the right (but shall have no obligation) to pre-screen, review, flag, filter, modify, refuse or remove any or all content posted by users or visitors in the event that it recognizes it as objectionable, damaging or unparliamentary.

Forum Conduct:

  1. You understand that as a user or visitor you are forbidden from using the platform for slandering, shaming, showcasing gender bias or hurting religious sentiments of other users or visitors, in any form or manner.

  2. Targeting another person or organization to cause distress, embarrassment, injury, unwanted attention, or other substantial discomfort is harassment and is strongly prohibited.

Dealings with Third Parties:

Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, third parties (companies, jobs, gigs, music teachers and other users) found on or through the Website, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that Vox Coach shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on the Website.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event will Vox Coach be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if clood on has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether based on contract, tort or strict liability, or otherwise, resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the web site; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and online services resulting from any goods, data, information or online services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the web site; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the web site; or (v) any other matter relating to the web site. some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
